We are located on the outskirts of Mysore, focusing on Yoga & Ayurveda studies and treatments.
Samyak has been in Yoga Teacher Training Courses since 2012. We have been training Yoga students into the finest Yoga Teachers in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga styles. We have been offering 200-hour and 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training and we've trained over 2800 students, from 80 + countries.
